Join us for a series of free noon-hour presentations in the Carol Shields Auditorium at the Millennium Library. Each Friday session runs from 12:10 – 12:50pm and is a great way to better connect with the story. Can't make it in person? No problem! Each talk is broadcast live via the Winnipeg Public Library's facebook page.

Sense and Sensibility: Friday, Oct 26, 2018 - 12:10 - 12:50 pm

Brimming with wit, warmth and wisdom, Jane Austen’s novels have captured hearts and minds for over 200 years. Royal MTC is delighted to bring local playwright, Ellen Peterson’s spirited adaptation of Sense and Sensibility to life from Oct 18 – Nov 10. Join cast members as they share their journey into Jane Austen’s Regency England, where two sisters must negotiate a truce between their heads and their hearts.

It's A Wonderful Life: The Radio Play: Friday, November 30, 2018 - 12:10 - 12:50 pm

Royal MTC presents a fresh take on the holiday classic, It's a Wonderful Life, by transforming the Mainstage into a live recording studio. Join members of the cast as they share their experience transporting this heartwarming story into the golden age of radio. Complete with sound effects and old-time jingles, It's a Wonderful Life: The Radio Play will run at the Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre from November 20 - December 15, 2018.
