The Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre John Hirsch Mainstage is a National Historic site recognized for its contribution to Canadian theatre and for its unique Brutalist architecture. Facility tours provide a look behind the scenes at Royal MTC to gain a unique perspective on how we produce the plays you see on stage. Tours may visit the carpentry shop, wardrobe, props department, and more!
We welcome all community members, but our heritage building was unfortunately not designed for accessibility of mobility devices in all areas.
