TOM HENDRY DIGITAL STUDIO
TECH SPECS
The Digital Studio can be used for safe, socially distanced:
- Capture and streaming of theatre, music and dance performances
- Remote conferences and panel sessions
- Seminars, lectures, training and workshops
- Special events, announcements, fundraisers
The Digital Studio can be accessed at subsidized rates by:
- Local arts and cultural organizations
- Arts-adjacent organizations (funders, service orgs)
- Independent artists
- Educational institutions
Bookings can be made on a daily or weekly basis to a maximum of two weeks (based on 8-hour days, 40-hour weeks).
Access to the space includes two qualified IATSE technicians. The Digital Studio complies with all current Public Health guidelines and as those guidelines change, our access and use policies will evolve.
Royal MTC wants to ensure that this highly-subsidized space is available to support a range of organizations and artists; where possible, priority will be given to programs and artists from underserved communities in an effort to address and overcome ongoing systemic barriers in the Canadian theatre ecology.
