We look forward to welcoming you back to Royal MTC. We cannot wait to share stories with you again. Our priority continues to be your health and safety, and any adjustments we make this season will be with that in mind. Thank you in advance for your patience, flexibility and enthusiasm!


What happens if I renew today and the season gets cancelled?

While we're extremely hopeful about our return to live performance, we understand that things are constantly changing in the world. If the season is cancelled, our subscribers can expect communications with several different options.


What happens to my regular subscription seats if I don’t renew FOr the 21/22 season?

If you decide not to renew, we'll hold your subscription seats for one more year and you'll be invited to return for the 22/23 season.


What if I renew after the Early Bird deadline?

We're currently planning for socially distanced audiences. As a result, seating will be limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The sooner you renew your subscription, the better chance you have at getting the best seats in your preferred seating section.
 

Can I wait to decide or take a season off?

We understand your decision to wait, and we’ll be here when you’re ready to return. Your regular subscription seats are being held, and as a loyal subscriber, you'll continue to receive a discount on any single tickets you purchase for the 21/22 season. More information about single tickets will come at a later date.
 

Why don’t I get to keep my regular subscription seats?

We're currently planning for socially distanced audiences. As a result, seating will be limited and we cannot guarantee your regular seats.
 

How are you seating subscribers?

We will contact you approximately eight weeks before each performance to finalize your seating. If public health orders permit, we'll look at increasing capacity over time. Seating will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
 

Will there be new safety protocols being implemented?

We are diligently and confidently planning a safe return to live performance. We will always meet and exceed all public health orders. We want you to feel safe and comfortable, so please contact us if you have questions or concerns.
