FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


As we eagerly await the return of the Black & White Ball, we’re receiving many questions about COVID protocol and safety. While we don’t have all the answers yet, we promise to meet Public Health requirements and recommendations. DO I HAVE TO BE VACCINATED TO ATTEND THE BLACK & WHITE BALL?

Royal MTC will be requiring that all staff, volunteers and guests at the Black & White Ball provide proof of vaccination. Details about this process will be shared in late September. Information for patrons who are unable to get vaccinated for human rights-based reasons will also be available at that time.
 

WILL GUESTS BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK?

A decision on mask requirements has not yet been made and will be determined in late September.
 

CAN I CHOOSE MY SEATS FOR THE PERFORMANCE?

In an effort to provide a consistent experience for all guests of the Black & White Ball, seating will be randomly assigned in the section indicated on your ticket.


CAN I EXCHANGE MY EXISTING Orlando TICKETS TO ATTEND THE BLACK & WHITE BALL?

If you're a subscriber with tickets to Orlando, we're happy to credit your account for the value of your tickets and/or put the credit towards your Black & White Ball tickets.


WILL THE MONEY I HAVE ON ACCOUNT BE PUT TOWARDS THE BLACK & WHITE BALL?

Unless you’ve communicated with us otherwise, the money stays in your account. If you'd like to use funds on account to purchase Black & White Ball tickets, please let us know at blackandwhite@royalmtc.ca.
 

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Metered parking is available throughout the surrounding area of our theatres. There are also several parkades within walking distance. View a map of parking facilities in the area.
 

DO YOU HAVE WHEELCHAIR SEATING?

The John Hirsch Mainstage is fully accessible for wheelchair patrons. Please identify your needs in the text field when ordering your tickets.
 

DO YOU OFFER HEARING-ASSISTANCE DEVICES?

Sennheiser Infared Assisted Hearing Devices are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited number available; please see the House Manager upon arriving at the theatre.
