Payment in full for all Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre group reservations is due four (4) weeks prior to the performance date, unless indicated otherwise. If you are booking a group reservation more than four (4) weeks prior to the performance date, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required when you place your order. If you are booking a group reservation less than four (4) weeks prior to the performance date, payment of the full invoice is due the next business day.
Royal MTC accepts all major credit cards, cheques and cash as payment for group reservations. Subject to the deposit, group reservations must be paid in one lump sum. Group members may not pay for tickets individually. All payments being mailed should be sent to the following address:

Payments not received by the due date will require payment by credit card to hold the reservation. Upon receiving the payment by cheque or cash, we will refund the corresponding credit card charge and process accordingly.

Royal MTC reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet the payment requirements. Due to demand and fluctuating ticket prices, any quoted ticket prices become invalid after ten (10) business days.
Tickets will be mailed by regular post once orders are paid in full, or they may be picked up by group organizers at the Royal MTC Box Office any time prior to the performance during regular business hours. Identification is required for pick-up.
By purchasing group tickets to Royal MTC events, you represent and warrant that the tickets you receive will not be resold above the face value unless you meet all of the following conditions:

  1. You are a tour operator, authorized concierge service company, travel agent or other authorized travel industry partner;
  1. You package the tickets with hotel reservations, transportation arrangements or other travel amenities; and
  1. Such package shall include substantial value to each individual purchaser above and beyond the rights and access provided by the ticket to the event.

Royal MTC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, including, without limitation, any person or entity that resells our tickets for profit in the secondary marketplace in violation of the foregoing terms, and to cancel, at any time and without compensation, any such tickets sold.
Subject to cancellation by Royal MTC, all group ticket sales are final upon receipt of full payment. Requests for changes, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted after the final payment is received. A group may request additional seats at any time, subject to availability.
