Update re: Canada Post strike
Subscription/ticket delivery

Have you received your subscription/tickets in the mail? If so, you're good to go. If you haven't received your tickets, they are held up at Canada Post. But don't worry, you have options:

  • Email or call the Box Office to request digital tickets. If you eventually receive your printed tickets, they'll still be valid even if you choose this option.

  • You can pick up physical tickets at your performance. If you choose this option, please arrive at the theatre early. Parking can be tricky and Wonderful Joe has a strict 'no latecomers' policy.

  • If you want your tickets ready for pick-up at your performance, it would be helpful to email us with your request in advance and include your name, the show name and performance date.

Please note that our phone lines are incredibly busy, so communication by email is preferred. Thank you for your patience.

Ticket Policy

Each person regardless of age must have a valid ticket to enter a performance. No babes in arms are permitted.

NO REFUNDS.
