Travel Raffle Rules and Conditions:

• The grand prize draw will take place at 3:00pm on December 22, 2026.
• All ticket holders have the right to witness the draw. The winner does not need to be present to win.
• Winner will be contacted immediately following the draw using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. If unable to reach via phone, a follow-up email will be sent.
• If the selected winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of the draw, Royal MTC will retain ownership of the prize.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets.
• Must be a Manitoba resident or physically located in Manitoba to purchase tickets.
• Raffle administrators are not eligible to participate.
• Winners must provide first name, last name and mailing address upon claiming prize.
• Photo identification is required to claim prize.
• A single entry can only win one prize.
• Raffle tickets are non-refundable.
• Raffle tickets are not eligible for tax receipts.
• Prior to booking process, the raffle prize in its totality is transferable. Once booked the prize is non-transferable.
• Travel must be booked by Canada One Travel.
• Travel may be booked on any low-season day that Air Canada operates a flight to the destination. The current flight frequency to Manila is four flights per week.
• If the letter specifies “Manila,” travel would be subject to the current four-flights-per-week schedule. If it specifies “Asia,” travel could be arranged on a daily basis, as Air Canada operates numerous daily flights to destinations throughout Asia.
• Space on an Air Canada flight is subject to availability in the applicable booking class at the time of reservation.
• Once Air Canada ticket has been issued, the origin and destination cannot be changed.
• Should you decide to cancel your booking for whatever reason, Air Canada cannot issue a replacement promotional code.
• Your Air Canada ticket is not transferable, not upgradeable, not refundable, and not redeemable for cash nor valid on Air Canada Vacations packages.  
• Travel insurance is not included but is required.
