Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre’s Annual General Meeting will be held in person at the Tom Hendry Warehouse (140 Rupert Avenue) on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 5:30pm (CDT) for the following purposes:

1. Receive the Annual Report Executive Messages and Financial Statements for the year ended (2025/26 season)
2. Appoint Auditors
3. Elect members to the Board
4. Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Members are welcome to attend in person. Meeting materials will be provided at the door. The General By-laws are available upon request.
